Non-Profit companies must have a 501 c 3 IRS determination letter to meet CNPS requirement for contrated services.

A copy of this IRS letter is required at the intial consultation. No commission contracts are allowed (many grantors disallow their funds to be used for commission payments).

Our services include: Incorporation (State of GA) and IRS applications with all required attachments, Board Development, Marketing, Fund-raising, Seminars, Retreat Planning, Grant Research, Grant Writing and more. A Grantee Application is available by request. CNPS works with a variety of non-profit organizations from animal rescues, special needs programs, police departments, aging programs, museums, fire/rescue to name a few. We have clients in other states and all over GA.
